THURSDAY

SOYA MINCE & VEGETABLE HOT POT

 Soya mince, potato, carrots, green beans & peas in a vegetable gravy

FRIDAY

VEGETABLE CURRY & RICE

Potato, broccoli, carrots & cauliflower in a mild curry sauce

Swiss roll & custard

WEDNESDAY

VEGETABLE LASAGNE

Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & potato in a tomato sauce with wholewheat lasagne sheets, topped with vegetarian cheese

THURSDAY

FISH PIE & VEGETABLES

 Pink salmon fillets, mashed potato, swede & leeks in a white sauce & topped with vegetarian cheese, served with broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
